JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Knowledge in frontend and backend technologies.
- Proven experience in hiring technical roles for technologies like, Java, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Android developers, Networking, Power BI, Documentation, RF designing and Developer, Embedded Developers and other IT roles.
- Able to screen candidates by asking technical questions.
- Hand work experience in hiring C2H positions.
- Able to handle end to end recruitment life cycle, trackers in excel, Job portals like Naukri, Monster.
- Should have good Sourcing techniques.
- Should be a B. Tech graduate(ECE/EEE/IT/CSE).
- Someone who changed their career from IT to HR recruitment is more preferable.
- Should have good communication skills.
