Roles and Responsibilities

This Job Opportunity is a Contractual based for the period of 2 years and is completely work from office based.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Liaise with Business Team, understand the business needs
• Prepare Detailed and clear Business Requirements Document, with work flows, use cases, process diagrams and visual representations, as applicable
• Sit with IT Design teams to prepare/review High level System Requirement and Design Documents
• Understand latest trends and Proactively suggest solutions based on Business needs
• Work with IT Development Team and able to articulate Business Requirements correctly
• Guide/Help the IT Development and QA Team for clarification of business requirement queries
• Work with QA and Development Team to prepare /review Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Conduct Reviews with IT Team to ensure Business Requirements are implemented correctly
• Participate actively in Review Meetings with Business and IT Stakeholders and act .

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in understanding and documenting business processes
• Minimum 2 years of experience in evaluating business processes and suggest changes/improvements
• Good knowledge on Use Cases and Process Diagrams
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Good understanding of IT Processes and Outputs, Understand latest trends in market
• Good knowledge on UML Diagrams, Jira, Rally, Visio, MS Office Suite
• Good understanding of Financial, Banking and Accounting Terms and Business processes

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in designing solutions based on Business Requirements
• Financial Domain experience is an added advantage.
