Job Description:

• Develop Data Roadmap/strategy for the organization
• Analyze and gather requirements from Business managers
• Configure interactive dashboards with drill down capabilities, filters and parameters
• Define BI Standards, Guidelines and best practices to be followed across the organization
• Evaluate various tools and identify/provide suitable recommended tool for the organization’s Data and BI Requirements
• Design complex and voluminous data handling structures keeping in mind of performance and user experience
• Resolve complex technical issues in implementation of End-to-End BI Solutions
• Derive business insights and present to leadership for application and business improvements
• Look for continuous optimization and improvements in Data Handling

Skill Set:

• Expertise in Business Intelligence (Report, KPI, Scorecards, Dashboards)
• Expertise in Data Visualization, Analytics, Reporting Tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Oracle Analytics, Informatica, Talend
• Deep understanding of Data Analysis and Modeling techniques, BI Design
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to present insights from analysis
• Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
• Able to work with cross functional teams
• Vision for future and eye to detail
• Financial Domain knowledge is an added plus

Experience Requirements
