“The High Court for the state of Telangana has set upon itself the task of leveraging the use of ICT in all its processes to ensure effective functioning of the court for speedy delivery of services. In this connection, it has been decided to set up a Project Management Unit [PMU] and NISG has been engaged as the agency for setting up the PMU by recruiting the required resources and also to provide oversight and advisory Consultancy services to High court in preparing a road map for the Digital Transformation of High court over the next couple of years. Centre for Development of Advanced Computing

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. C-DAC has today emerged as a premier R&D organization in IT&E (Information Technologies and Electronics) in the country working on strengthening national technological capabilities in the context of global developments in the field and responding to change in the market need in selected foundation areas.
As an institution for high-end Research and Development (R&D), C-DAC has been at the forefront of the Information Technology (IT) revolution, constantly building capacities in emerging/enabling technologies and innovating and leveraging its expertise, calibre, skill sets to develop and deploy IT products and solutions for different sectors of the economy.
C-DAC has developed and supplied a range of high performance parallel computers, known as the PARAM series of supercomputers. C-DAC’s development activities in this area have been mission oriented and driven by its mission objectives, both in technology and application developments.
C-DAC, as a result of its pioneering developments, evolved the Graphics and Intelligence based Script Technology (GIST), with a view to extend the benefits of Information Technology to the vast and diversified multilingual population of India.
For over a decade, C-DAC is engaged in the implementation of projects on a Turnkey basis in the application areas of Defence, E-Governance, Urban Planning, Utility Management, Land Management, Environment, Health, Disaster Management, Agriculture, Watershed Development, Forestry, Biodiversity and Geosciences. Also offers services in the fields of remote sensing data interpretation, GIS analysis and modeling, MIS-GIS integration, web GIS application development, customization of GIS software, etc.

Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) is the nodal agency and prime mover for propelling IT growth & implementation of the IT & e-Governance projects in the State of Chhattisgarh. CHiPS is involved in the end-to-end implementation of some mega IT Projects like, SDC, SSDG, SWAN, GIS, CHOiCE, e-Procurement etc. A professional approach is being adopted for the implementation of IT Projects using the services of e-governance experts and consultants from corporate and academia. CHiPS aims to achieve quality and excellence in state government services to citizens, state transactions with citizens and businesses, and internal state governmental operations/functions through the strategic deployment of information technologies.

Society for Promotion of IT and e- Governance

The Society for Promotion of IT and e- Governance has been set up with an objective to promote usage of IT to benefit the society and citizens of the state. It is through this society that the government of Himachal Pradesh intends to extend its e-governance services to the common man in the true sense. HPSITEG is a part of the larger spectrum of the e- Governance project initiated by the Government of India.

Himachal Pradesh Society for Promotion of IT and E-Governance (SITEG) is formed in the matter of Act XXI of 1860 for the registration for Literacy, Scientific and Charitable Societies and in the matter of formation of a Society for the promotion of IT and e-Governance based activities by Department of Information Technology, Government of Himachal Pradesh.


Ministry of Health and Family Welfare

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) oversees the implementation of policies and programs for health and health care in the country. While the responsibility for the delivery of health care services rests largely with the State Governments, the Central Government sets policies and provides resources for the implementation of nationally formulated Programs.
A Mission Mode Project (MMP) on Health was approved for MoH&FW by the Apex Committee for the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) chaired by the Cabinet Secretary for inclusion under the NeGP.
Now, the Telemedicine Division of MoH&FW is in process of implementing a Tele-medicine project interlinking 41 Medical colleges and has published an EoI (Expression of Interest) for empanelment of interested agencies.
MoH&FW is now planning to create a PMU (Project Management Unit) to assist the Telemedicine division in MoH&FW at Delhi. The PMU would be based at MoH&FW office in Delhi and will work under the supervision of the officials of the Telemedicine Division.


Electronic System Design and Manufacturing

Electronics System Design and Manufacturing, a program under Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, for Capacity building in the areas of Electronics Product Design and Production Technology.


State e-Governance Mission Team

Under the Capacity Building Scheme of NeGP, a State e-Governance Mission Team (SeMT) has been positioned at Program Level to support the State decision-making bodies and respective Apex Committee. This team would be responsible for undertaking the groundwork for providing for an overall direction, standardization and consistency through program management of the e-Governance initiatives in the State. All interdependencies, overlaps, conflicts, standards, overarching architecture, security etc. across projects as well as core and support infrastructure shared across several projects would fall under the purview of this group.


National Institute for Smart Government

NISG is a unique organization operating in the meta-space of e-Government. In its few years of operation, NISG has handled a diversity of projects, providing consulting support to both central and state Governments in India in developing and implementing e-Government projects. Unique Identification Authority of India

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is a statutory authority established under the provisions of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (“Aadhaar Act 2016”) on 12 July 2016 by the Government of India, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).

UIDAI was created with the objective to issue Unique Identification numbers (UID), named as “Aadhaar”, to all residents of India that is (a) robust enough to eliminate duplicate and fake identities, and (b) can be verified and authenticated in an easy, cost-effective way. The first UID number was issued on 29 September 2010 to a resident of Nandurbar, Maharashtra. The Authority has so far issued more than 120 crore Aadhaar numbers to the residents of India.

Under the Aadhaar Act 2016, UIDAI is responsible for Aadhaar enrolment and authentication, including operation and management of all stages of Aadhaar life cycle, developing the policy, procedure and system for issuing Aadhaar numbers to individuals and perform authentication and also required to ensure the security of identity information and authentication records of individuals.
