Java Technical Lead – Contractual – 3years-NISG|SIDBI

Skill Requirement:

• Expertise and hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring MVC, Struts, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, SOAP/Rest Web services, Micro services Architecture, Maven, PL/SQL for writing queries, Agile, CI/CD Tools
• Experience on middleware / application Server and other relevant technologies (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, JRun, Tomcat)
• Good understanding and knowledge of Design patterns
• Good Knowledge and understanding of database management concepts
• Decent understanding and knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JS and integration points with backend
• Good understanding of Open source (Java / J2EE applications) as well as Oracle and their deployment and integration across an enterprise
• Experience in Agile Execution model and related ALM tools
• Good interpersonal and Excellent communication skills
• Good Analytical mindset and ready to learn new technical skills

Role Description:

• Should provide technical system solutions and determine design direction for the development initiatives
• Should drive implementation with a small team of junior developers and provide technical thought leadership
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Development, testing and support phase
• Should be hands-on with a to do attitude for delivering the assigned work.
• Should be ready to do hands on work for any new feature or PoC wherever needed
• Coordinate and support to QA and DevOps teams to complete the end-to-end implementation
