Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. To perform digitization, Geo spatial mapping and special data analysis on Arc GIS and other GIS tools.
2. Research work in relevant field.
3. Data capture and ground truthing at the field.
4. Use of Mobile based geo-spatial software in the field.
5. To perform various image processing technique like image classification and GIS Analysis on raster data.
6. File handling for day-to-day official notes regarding GIS Cell.
7. Creation and maintenance of GIS data base.
8. Training of field staff in GIS applications
9. To coordinate with field staff regarding data input using GIS s/w
