Job Description

Experience having the ability to create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective

Experience in content / technical writing / web product management

Should have exposure to Open Source documentation and presentation tools

Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Create and maintain the information architecture

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

Manage Social Media content and account

Lead all related documentation development and maintenance for the program.

Prepares briefings and presentations, functional descriptions, system specifications, guidelines, special reports, and other project deliverables to meet contract requirements.

Coordinates with Architects, Developers, Testers and Users to verify document scope and appropriate structure and content.

Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical specialists and project management ensuring that final documents meet applicable contract requirements and regulations.

Develop and produce technical and non-technical documents using standard software development life cycle methodologies.

Produce documentation that will include, but is not limited to: application / system reference manuals, user manuals, meeting minutes, metrics, specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.

Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.

Require qualification:

BE / BTech / MCA / MTech with specialization in Computers / Electronics / IT OR M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT / Physics / Mathematics / Economics / Statistics / Electronics OR MA (English) or equivalent having proficiency and experience in technical content writing or Bachelor degree in Computer Science / IT / Physics / Mathematics / Statistics / Electronics and / or Degree / Diploma in Mass Communications with two additional years of relevant Experience

M.Phil / Ph.D in relevant field would be preferred

5+ Years' of overall experience and at least 2+ years of relevant experience
